No. Westnofa was a Norwegian furniture export company established in 1957 and is no longer producing new pieces. The company brought together multiple Norwegian manufacturers under a shared export label, including the workshop that produced Ingmar Relling’s iconic Siesta chair from 1965 onward. All Westnofa pieces in our inventory are vintage originals.

Ingmar Relling, a Norwegian designer, created the Siesta chair in 1965. The Siesta is a bentwood lounge chair with leather sling cushions and a curved laminated frame. Multiple variants exist , high-back, low-back, swivel, and matching ottomans , and all share the same curved profile that made the design an enduring Scandinavian-modern icon. Several Siesta examples are typically in our inventory.
