Thank you for your interest in the Modern Hill Vintage Eames Chair Giveaway. By entering this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- The promotion period begins on June 27, 2023 and ends on September 25, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries received after this date and time will not be eligible for the prize drawing.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win this promotion. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
- To enter this promotion, you must sign up for the Modern Hill email newsletter using a valid email address. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, but you must be subscribed at the time of the prize drawing to be eligible for the prize.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified.
- The prize for this promotion is a restored vintage Eames chair, which may be different than the one pictured on the promotion website. The approximate retail value of the prize is $6290. The winner can also opt for an in-store credit of equal value instead of the chair. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative or substitution will be offered.
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotion period. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on September 26, 2023 and notified by email within 48 hours. The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days and provide a valid mailing address in the lower 48 US states where the prize can be delivered. If the winner fails to respond or provide a valid address, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
- Modern Hill will cover the costs of restoration and shipping of the prize to the winner's address. The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges that may apply to the receipt or use of the prize.
- By entering this promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Modern Hill, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from or relating to your participation in this promotion or your acceptance or use of the prize.
- Modern Hill reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time for any reason without prior notice. Modern Hill also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or abusive behavior in connection with this promotion.
- This promotion is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Any disputes arising from or relating to this promotion will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
